I dont know if youre a OSU fan or not but I agree with you Johnny about Tressel. He's not a good coach. 2002=Luckiest season ever in NCAA football and more credit goes to the defense and Dantonio for beating the U. His team wasn't prepared at all in either of the NC, I don't really know of any OC who sets their QB up for failure everytime by running it up the gut on 1st and 2nd down and then just letting the D pin their ears back on 3rd and a mile everytime. Time for new coaching..

Boren left for the same reasons other Michigan players left and recruits de-committed......b/c Dick Rod is a douche that doesn't embrace Michigan's traditions. Instead it's all about him. Michigan's conditioning program? You mean the program led by s&c "genius" Mike Barwis who makes 250lb OL? OL that size may work in the Big Least, but not in the Big10. Boren was a throwback Michigan OL that would have likely been a high round draft pick. Jake Long would not have fit in with Dick Rod.

I guess Rodriquezs training really paid off with Michigans great season-rofl. My grandmother could have run through that Michigan O-line this past season. And the Buckeyes just got 3 Five Star offensive lineman in last years class alone, so you don't have to worry at all about anything other than the Buckeyes line being really good the next few years.

all very young, by class of 2010 Michigan will have 80 upperclassman. Stars don't mean shit till the player performs on the field. Your team lacks in coaching you haven't beat a top 10 teams since 2006. 3 straight bowl losses and you have been outscored 152-69 in the past 5 games vs top 10 teams. Quit living in the past your coach is nothing but a mediocre coach vs the top schools.

Lack of execution and turnovers were what has killed the Bucks in the last few big games----that falls on the players not Tressel. Tressel is calling the same game and plays that caused him to be so good against top teams before a couple years ago. The recruiting classes that this years upperclassmen came in on were the worst recruiting classes in a long time at Ohio State. Coincidence? I think not. Now the Buckeyes have gotten the #4 ranked recruiting class in '08 and the #2 one this year.

He's pulled in two good recruiting classes...one of which played last year, and the other will be freshman this year. Just because we have a good class of freshman doesn't mean we're going to win the NC that year. boren started under Carr and the boring basic straight up blocking that the big 10 teams run except Michigan. Boren was too fat and slow to learn how to zone block. Even as bad as we were we sacked Pryor 4 times because your offense is fat and slow.

I haven't seen one Michigan fan say we were an elite program this year.
