  • Incorrect. The best way to burn fat is to eat a balanced diet and exercise.

  • @greatfatlie12 Hahah! My wife have the same problem but now I feel lucky because she's sexy again. Lol Anyways, our friend who is another one happy customers of the site WeightLossAction.Info have suggested it.

  • burn-fatno1.blogspot(dot)com

  • watch this you really want to lose weight: /watch?v=BzzXPAm7nmg

  • Hi! Have you tried the maximus muscle 247 workout (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my cousin gained lots of muscle with it.

  • This thing works like a charm watch?v=xgu5swU_2mM

  • Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend got really defined Six pack abs and lost lots of weight with it.

  • This is bullshit, If you go to his web. You will have to purchase the workouts, Just another scam like sixpackshorcuts.

  • Does turbulence training focus on interval training?

  • Hey, thanks for the video. You should try bee4biz (Google it) they actually pay a lot more and they pay faster My earnings went up like 20 times. You get paid for locking content.

  • Good day, nice video. You will have better results with Intellectus 424 diet (Search google) I found a free ebook download. Best diet I have ever tried! I lost all my fat easy and quickly.

  • Oh hai, great video. Have you tried Intellectus 424diet (You can google it) It should be free ebook. The results are unbelivable! I quickly lost all unwanted weight.

  • type in "give me 4 week abs" in the search box and click on the video with hearts in the title to learn how to get a 6 pack in 4 weeks.

  • wrong. don't listen to this guy.

  • u can't just loose belly fat. Thats bull shit. If u wanna burn fat u have to burn it as a whole. not just in your belly. If u start to loose fat then u can tell it straight from looking at your face.

  • yep, interval training and supersets are the way to go for sure. Thats what I do. If you mix that with intermittent dieting you'll shed fat as if the body were on a fat killing genocide rampage! LOL Srsly, just google 'your fit assist' cuz it explains everything

  • you should really do some demonstrations! because some people dont know the correct way to do some of these exercises

  • The eliptical is giving cardio a bad rap.

  • bla bla bla.......

  • Can you please explain WHY interval training is better than Steady State aerobic activity? Research proven... what research? Please explain WHY there is truth to that data, and WHY 1hr of cardio is ALSO important... I am concerned that you do not have all of the facts!

  • @fitprokinetics To be fair, he does say go to his website for more information. Although I do think he overstates how important interval training is in relation to long period cardio. Both work, they just depend on your preference as far as I am aware...

  • @hamsterminator Yes , they both work, but not with the same results. Steady paced, long duration cardio generally burns your glycogen first, then moves onto your fat stores and MUSCLE(bad!). HIIT uses glycogen in the sprints, but also releases stored fatty acids into the bloodstream during the sprints. These are then used as a direct energy source for the rest of the workout and the rest of the day. What do you want, a sprinters body or a marathoners body? Sprinters IMHO.

  • lol hell yeah that push pull superset is a page out of my book

so Simple yet works like a charm

I actually had a guy gain weight yet lose a few units from a skinfold in the belly over the course of a month of doing that.

  • the best way to burn belly fat is tell the doctor to open yur insides

  • you have no idea how helpful this is my dude. i've been wasting so much time on the bike thingie. i'm pretty sure basketball would help burn fat though, cuz you actually have to be pretty strong the way we play, and its cardio lol. i cant thank you enough man, now i'll be able to see more progress with what you taught me

  • this actually makes since! Im gonna try interval training from now on, that 1.30min on the treadmill is over. lol gotta get off these last 5!

  • @rubyhartlove wtf does stone mean

  • @mexicanasianwhitboy i'm british

  • @rubyhartlove ohhhh

  • what a load of shit u cant just burn belly fat, fat is burned evenly over the body not in one area

  • i am 15, 5''10'' and my weight is 163 lbs, is that much? cause my friends say im not, but i think i am, i'm kinda stuck with this

  • @liskeylis 5'10" 163? hahahahahaha if anything that sounds thin. if youre like 27% body fat thats different but for your height, 163 is nothing,

  • im 13 i have like 4 extra hours cus my soccer team coach had to go fite in iraq

  • szQ1mqgVCBg,,go check out this fat guy who is gunna go 40 straight days without eating,,,i bet he cant do it,,but it will be fun to watch!!!

  • @drocks22 lmfao

  • why the fuck he always assume we are too busy to spend an hour doing exercise in a machine

  • well most people dont got the time to train, most people are just to lazy to do it.

trust me people training is the only way to stay toned all these diets and stuff dont work half hopur jog every second day some situp and pushups after thats all u need to stay toned

  • @MrJoffe95 low carb works along with eating complex carbs(not the simple ones) and drinking water.

But exercise adds 2 x the weight loss in same time.

  • hes using common sense , logic ... and helping you the fuck out

    appreciate it , hes right

  • i dont know if its better to just do one muscle area in a day. for example i only do chest workout on mondays.

    plz help!

  • it is good if i do pushups-sit ups-squats ans cardio(30 minutes)

  • my system is better

  • How to lose fat but not gain muscle please...

  • i lost 50 lbs with interval training

  • Comment removed

  • THIS BUY IS BLOWING MY MIND!!!!!!!!!! are you telling me a person can lose ALOT of weight without doing any cardio? Is that what this man is saying?

  • By cardio, he means sitting on those eliptical, bike, and walking machines at the gym- they are wastes of time!

    He is absolutely correct!

  • but, i tried alot of strength training, but I only gained weight, and not lost any fat.. am i doing something wrong ? please help me out, thx

  • what you failed to do was deplete your bloodstream of oxygen. Your body needs Oxygen(lungs), fuel(body fat), and fire(intense workout routine).

The more intense the routine, the more oxygen you need, the more you burn fat.

  • oke, thanks for the quick answer dude :D

first of all, by saying intense workout, do you mean intense cardio workout, or intense strength training workout, personally i love strength training over the cardio, because cardio is running like a long time, just to burn of that one single cookie..

( i also train in karate, but currently stopped, gonna resume asap )

So what can i do the best? cardio or strength, to burn of fat.

    Im 16 years old, 200 pounds ( 91 KG ) , and around 1,80-1,85 meters

  • try doing as many pushups as you can for 45 seconds and take a 15 second break.

then do as many squats as you can in 45 seconds then take a 15 second break.

Repeat this for 10 minutes w/o stopping- that is the intensity i am talking about.

  • hm, oke thanks man :D

and what to do with cardio? should i just go walk on the threadmill, or should i just leave cardio.

because i'm afraid as hell to repeat the same mistake i made last year around this period.. i just wanna lose fat, i'm broad shoulderd by nature, so i don't have intentions to build up muscles, i just wanna lose fat..

    thanks for the help bro!

  • try this routine: on youtube:

"300 spartan workout routine to help you get six pack abs"

...and if you're going to walk or jog -do it on real land! leave the treadmills for the fatties.

  • @adilhussain77

You did lose fat, if you had measured yourself instead of just weighing yourself you'd know that. What happened is that you gained muscle which is denser than fat but because it is denser, it weighs more even though it has less volume. And besides, muscle is what keeps you burning fat because it takes calories to maintain muscle so keep doing strength training!

  • For everyone, this guy knows his shyt. Listen to him, if u wanna get a six pack or just lose fat, listen to his plan and do what he says hes 100% right no joke. Also u can still lift and shyt, just dont go crazy with the weights, go for a weight that you can do 15-20 reps with each set if u wanna get ripped. Thats only getting ripped though, theres a whole another story about getting muscle/ getting big

  • sooo...can running at high speeds for short periods on the treadmill work? Or sprinting upstairs? Ive been doing an hour on the elliptical and while ive lost weight, i still have a lot of belly fat...its time consuming and boring

  • @rungirl on the elliptical make the setting at a resistance were it is smooth but kinda challenging #1 .run on elliptical for a minute at normal pace @ for 30 secs go at a fast sprinting pace ...( i like to keep the rpms at a certain number) and rest for a minute ..then repeat the process ...in 10 or 15 minutes i feel like i just did an hour and a half...and lost fat quick

  • wind sprints outdoors would do more work than those machines-

the resistance of moving your body weight over hard land does more than skipping over a moving surface on a machine at the gym.

  • im really frustrated because i got totally ripped upper body and even abs that you can seen under my fat..and it is not going away..its just a lil tiny bit on my stomache.

  • heey dont give up man, cut the carbs and fats about 2 weeks, just eat lean proteins and water and do cardio with lifting weight and you'll see that fat disappear !! just don´t make that diet too much time, it can be dangerous for your body...

  • thanx man..no worries ima keep going.

  • if you take a knife and make a little slice just underneath the lowest fatroll then it the fat will flow away. :O it realy works

  • i could be wrong but i believe that provided your outputting more energy during your day that you input, youll lose weight. interval training is a good way to to get your heart rate up and use all the energy youve put into your body during the day. eat smaller servings. make it a healthy feed, dont skip breakfast, and be active during your day:) everbodys comments have been quite helpful too so cheers

  • stop eating fatty and sugery foods exercise daily, that works

  • hey guys does burning stomach fat also burn fat in the upper torso area? if you know please respond to me - thanks

  • Just say man boobs...im trying to lose my man boobs also

  • lololololololololololololololol

  • @MrHarukii its genetics, sometimes you cant get rid of them

  • Ok whey protein is healthy. Protein is needed to help your muscles recover from working out. protein shakes are fine. You prolly took to much priotein remeber its 0.8 g of protein per lean body mass to lose fat and 1gram of protein per lean body mass to gain muscle. If your working out and you gain BMI, you will most likely lose body fat %. One elimnates the other.

  • dude someone who knows something please help me out here-

im 17,pretty fit, i eat healthy,no fatty junk food , i run 3 miles tues, thur, and sat, and do full body workouts at the gym mon, wed, and fri,i have 4packabs but i still need to burn off a little more fat to make the last 2 abs show, its getting frustrating already and i just want to burn it, i have plenty of time during the week.

will someone please tell me what im doing wrong.muchhh aprecaited.:-)

  • Just keep doing it bro, you may not be doing enough reps for your abs, you gotta add more reps to your ab exercises instead of doing the same amount every time you exercise, so say one time do 50 crunches, then the next week, do 60 crunches, then so on and so on.

  • thanks man ,will do

  • Of course there's such a thing as 'burning belly fat,' you do it every day.

What you mean to say is that there's no way to target belly fat alone and burn it first or faster.

  • Sorry Craig - No Such Thing as "Burning Belly Fat" Regardless of Said Activity - Nice Try

  • i have another problem i want to get fat not to loose it i'm too slim and i want to get fit please help me

  • hi im 14 year old and i am overwaight i am just over 13 stone can u tell me how to losse at least 4 stone

  • run as much as you can i no its not easy ive been in that situation in try going gym and eat healthy avoid thing like cakes chocoalate crisps etc etc fatty foods believe it or not but thats how i burned fat u just need to be determined good luck.

  • another method is the banana diet man, ull find it here just look it up, do cardio and be a man and go to a gym and ask a trainer

  • yeah sure. Im 13 and i was 8 stone lost 1 stone by doing 100 sit ups. first do 20 then have 10 second rest then do another 20 and so on. for like month.

  • does that really work, i wanna lose some fat aswell can u gimme some tips please :)

  • sure just eat whateva u want but dont over eattt and keep doing situps 100 a day in sets of 20 and u loose weight in no time

  • ohh ok thanks, but like situps do you mean half crunches or actual full sit ups?

  • yeah full situps normal avrage situps trust me it works u feel it working

  • yeah i did about a 100 crunches today and i felt it real bad, plus jogging and all that will also help right, im just soo paranoid for some reason and wanna tone up my waist soo badly!

  • nice nice keep it up u be skinny in no time and jogging does help. good luck.

  • thanks:D i feel more like i can do it thanks to your motivation and help! xx

  • no problem 8-D

  • crunches dont work! do high intensity running or interval running and ull lose fat off ur stomach... then do crunches to build ur ab muscles... it will show more :)

  • oh ok cool thanks, im doing aerobics and jogging then also crunches to tone up is that kinda ok?

  • Are you serious what kinda of advice is that!??. there is no way you will lose fat with ONLY situps get real.

  • of corse u can lol cant u feel ur stomach burn lol

  • @metelkdog stop eating hamburgers

  • @metelkdog im the sme age and the sme weight bu not obese dw ull loose it ur fat will eventually turn into muscle and ull feel vbetter beleive me i know it

  • @metelkdog

a good balanced diet. and a lot of exercise tbh

  • run

  • im 5'9 and almost 140 i have 3 percent body fat

  • I'm short, only 5'2 but I weight 140,

I have a big gut and I'm trying to lose it, help me?

  • hey, im 6 foot 2 inches, or roughly 190 cm

i weigh 95kgs or 210 pounds. i have alot of leg muscle but not too much upper body muscle. i also have a little bit of a stomach fat. what would you recommend for me if i wanted to drop 15 pounds fast ?

  • I am 5 9 and 175-180 i want to be 160 by the end of next month...what exercises do i need to do to burn tons of fat fast and build muscle?

  • reduce your calorie intake by quite a bit, drink tonnes of whey protein, do lots of weight lifting, and lots of interval training or cardio

  • dumb nuts

    use yer brain!!

  • Bodybuilding isn't exact!it depends by your genetics, your natural phisique...to everybody is different!!! so choose yourself a program made by a specialist who consults you directly(sorry for my poor english)...you can jogg for losing fat,swim,bicycling-things that are natural

  • that is bull shit!!

  • False.

Cardio is good for fat loss, but building muscle will remove body fat faster, and keep it off.

  • I read somewhere that ephedrine, caffein and aspirin used together can really help with the fat loss process as well, don't use this if you have a weak heart though

  • ephedrine was banned a long time ago. ephedrine alone was a great fat burner until a few old people died from the shit.

  • hello

  • this guy is moron .. aerobic exercise is the best way to loose fat

  • you mean LOSE fat.

  • shut up ya bell end.. ive heard this so many times.. they can all be wrong

  • Fuck you man .. keep your fucking mouth shut

  • Umm, what are you basing that on? If you can cite it then go ahead, but research doesn't support your claim. Aerobic exercise MAY burn slightly more calories per minute exercising, but anaerobic resistance training causes a sustained calorie burn that lasts for many hours after training is completed. This is due to the bodies increased need for fuel in order to repair itself after a lifting session. So doing power or mass training burns more calories and hence burns more fat than slow cardio

  • The a s s h o l e in this video has no clue.

  • Also STOP with the marathoiner vs sprinter

Look up Dean Karnazes and Anton Krupicka

VERY in shape athletes MORE TONED than a sprinter

Give me a break sprinters are NOT that lean. Compare LEITE WITH ELITE

ELITE endurance runners OWN sprinters for in shapness AND being more cut.

  • To the guy in things video:

Get a life , you LOSER. STOP lying to persons.

Exercise comprises a VERY SMALL part of time compared to 24 hours in a day. This includes even an hour workout, let alone 20 minute nonsense.

Let;s get things clear right away Sprinting does NOT burn many calories at all.The PEOC from sprints AMOUNTS TO ALMOST TO NOTHING. 80 calories tops and in some studies as low as 30.

DIET for fat loss. WALKING LONG to help. WALKING one hour BURNS FAR MORE THAN SPRINTS

  • The thing with walking is that you pretty much burn what you take in. You do next to nothing to the fat you already stored up as fat. That's where bulking up comes into play, cause building muscles is a good way for the body to dig into the stored energy instead of just burning off a cheeseburger you had 2 hours ago..

  • It's not just about how much you burn during the workout. High intensity will help your metabolism long after you finnish your workout. That's why I use heavy weights, little rest between sets and almost no regular cardio at all, just sprinting.

  • when you do hard cardio workout you actually burn more muscles than fat, this can be proved just only looking at this olimpics athlets they are super skinny no muscles at all

if you want only to burn fat do this:

-low to moderate cardio 30 minutes minimum at the morning, and you totally have to eat healthy this is why peoply dont get the fat burned and they desperate and do stupid things

  • what to do to really see results is when you first arrive to the gym DON'T go straight to weight training-

FIRST, warm up for 10 mins or so to get your heartbeat up and ready for weight training plus it'll increase your fat burning, SECONDLY, do NOT forget to stretch your muscles which will prepare them for your workout. THIRDLY, the good ol' weight training just depends on what you're looking for (tone, bulk, etc)

LASTLY, always remember to cool down your muscles and never forget to stretch!

  • You are 100% correct about the warm up and cool down part. Sometimes I think people assume that everyone know to factor that in, but its not the case. Always warm up, STretch, then get into resistance training or higher intensity cardio.

  • my workout consisted of 45 min cardio and 40 min weights alternate days.I think my body just got used to it, and started gaining weight by weight lifting. I didnt get any actual weight loss, just muscle gain.

  • I agree too much weights made me gain more muscle and not lose any fat or make the scale budge. I actually think ive hit a plateau so im gonna start using a different workout tommorow, and hopefully high tale it again.

    60 pounds down

    40 to go yayeeeeee

  • you need cardio first then weight lifting...or else it will just add muscle onto the fat

  • im a kinda fit person, will i burn more fat if i jog for the interval

  • interval training burns more calories but actually doesn't work your heart as hard. 40 minutes or so of constant cardio is technically better for your health than interval training. if u just want to lose weight then i guess interval trainng is better but be careful; people have been known to suffer from minor injuries from it.

  • Intervals actually work your heart HARDER, that is why steady state cardio is better for cardiovascular health. The great thing about interval training is that is works both aerobic AND anaerobic. Excellent for aport specific training.

  • bro i run contionus 2 miles and skipping on rope for like 15 minutes daily

plus another 12 minutes running on treadmill

i am 69 kilos will i make it to 60 kilos in months?

    height 5 ft 8 inches

  • oo yeah bud fat actually hgiher in energy it has 9 kcal/g where as carbs have 4 kcal'g the only thing bout fat is tht it can cause CVD if u have to much

  • fat can only be burned in aerobic excercise!! if u have a high intensity workout u need carbs and protein other wise it puts ur body into ketosis and actually causes u to break down lean tissue!!

  • carbs are much more complex and therefore are not burned as easily as fat and are used for energy storage. also, the amount of energy that is released from carbs is greater than fat. high muscle intensity workout releases lactic acid (that is the burn that's felt) and keep oxygen (vital for creation and dispersion of energy through the body) will not be utilized. it is my opinion thar aerobic exerices are better.

  • This guy is just another stupid j e r k

o f f HIIT promoter , whose claims have no basis in science.

A calorie deficit RESULTS IN FAT LOSS. This guy's information is a FALLACY

  • If done correctly, HIIT can burn more fat than a simply calorie deficit, and I have the studies to prove it if you're interested.

  • how do you know if your doing it correctly?

  • Write me at zendreams(at)gamil(dot)com and I'll link you to a page where I've answered lots of questions just like that.

  • jewel is right, carbs are burnt much easier than fat, thats why the carb diets work, they stop the carb buildup in your body, and your body is forced to go to the fat reserves.

  • so what is interval training?

  • Run real super fast for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then jog for 1 or 2 minutes, repeat.

  • Fat can only be broken down aerobically (meaning low to moderate intensity activity). Fat will actually be inhibited from being broken down when doing resistance training because it is an anaerobic process.

  • Thats entirely fictitious. Fat is broken down anytime an energy deficit needs to be filled. If I eat 1500 calories in my day, but burn 2,000 calories exclusively from resistance training, what do you thinks gonna happen?

  • Carbohydrate and protein are going to be the main sources of energy since mainly using the ATP-phosphocreatine and lactic acid energy systems. Fat needs oxygen in order to be oxidized. True, you may be burning some fat however, you will burn the most with medium intensity workouts at about 65% VO2 max.

  • I think you're right jewelea15, the thousands of tests that have been preformed are jk.

  • You will actually burn more fat at around 30% of your V02 max.

And I've got the studies to prove it if you're interested.

  • Overtraining leading to sacrifice of lean mass, since you haven't considered your base metabolism. So I'm going to pull a number out of my ass, too: 1200. You ate 1500, burned 2000. Deficit = 1700. That's a calculated loss of roughly three and a half pounds per week, assuming you keep this up every day, which you didn't specify one way or the other. That's pretty conservative, though. This is basically the damage for a small woman. Increase the deficit from here for larger folks, and it's worse.

  • that's true
