@3Mudbone1 You are right, they will not float but the current can and has carried them in to the bay....I know, I live near that area and I helped with the cleanup!
Lotsa scrap metal ripe to be redeemed in. Does California have laws pertaining to abandoned property like this? Can I just go out, help "clean-up" and then turn the scrap in for cash?
Those shopping carts WILL NOT float out to the bay!
