You can reduce your shield power relay count to 2, and stick Ballistic Control Systems. You can also make it a semi passive tank via using active hardeners. With the reduced power relay count you lose some recharge rate but gain extra hardeners which add to the time the shield has to recharge. Alongside this you will gain a significant amount of DPS allowing you take down the big hitters faster.
I still use a drake over a raven right now, can do most level 4 missions, once my passive tanking skills are complete on my drake I'll try a raven. I've already lost 2 ravens on level 4 missions so I shouldn't be flying a bs

Drakes have a monster tank, but the DPS is really bad. The raven's tank is good enough for 95% of level 4 missions and delivers over twice the DPS. You would never use a drake over a raven for level 4s
Drake is so good partly because of the 5% resist bonus per BC level. I'm pretty new to EVE so can only guess at your setup but it looks something like 3x Extenders and 3x regenerators in medium and 4x flux coils in low? Pretty straight forward though by the looks of it. Are you using all Tech II ?
im a drake pilot myself, btw my tank is better than this, but why in the hell would you take away a launcher for a salvager and tractor beam? stick a drone link aug on there, then just come in later with a destroyer and salvage, seriously, dont take away from your dps cuz thats the lowest thing on the drake until you get t2 drones, launchers, and missiles
plz for the love of god! give me that tank man! i have a tank that can last a lv4 but not perma'd... it only lasts 13min and i have to get the hell out caus it has 3 t2 invuls X(
You need to clean up your act. By your comment it's perfectly obvious you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about since this drake tank is 100% passive. ask anyone playing eve about it and they'll say the same thing.
only advice I would give is to get rid of the tractor and salvager. Have a dedicated ship for that, so you can do more damage. Other than that nice tank

Probs takes too long to go through lvl 4 with the drake as it's DPS is somewhat stupid. I quite enjoyed the new frontiers storyline with the neut towers that forced me to use resitance amps rather than hardeners but it's quite fun to trigger all spawns in a blockade mission then watch your drake tank anything they throw at u from 50+ cruisers and BCs.

sounds like a good fit with one exception: you get more damage at a lower price from fury missiles than you do from navy issues.

thats a raven not a drake. has too few launchers in the high slots and it is firing cruise missiles.
