Uhh.... I just now noticed that when Luigi runs, his legs don't move! Mario's don't either, on the scene where he's running around chasing everyone with a hammer... wierd. If you look closely, you can see this.

The ESRB didn't really exist in this time, Nintendo just strongly avoided allowing explicit content in the games they published. So... if for some insane reason, Nintendo put this in the game, they would probably get sued big time because I'm sure several little kids would get this game and see it without knowing it was there. They'd also possibly get sued by Sega or other such companies for using characters they don't own, like Sonic...
