@TheTrailerbuilder what you forget my friend is that top fuel v8 engines are built exclusively of specialist parts what that means is that its nothing like the original engine. There are no water passages in the block. The engine is cooled by the incoming air/fuel mixture now that for me is not a normal v8 , try to get a normal v8 to do 8000hp is next to impossible

@DjTommyKx yeah rotors do have quater the displacement but a twin rotor also fires 6 times per revolution... so that argument isnt really valid... dont get me wrong rotors are very quick... they are the v8's biggest nightmare... i think its all up to personal choice...
