I was in her concert today in Frankfurt. She played Mozart, Berg, Liszt and Bela Bartok. She was great even when I'm not a fan of Liszt. I wished there where more women like her in this world!

It is not important that Helen is not (hum...) the best pianist, what counts it is the emotion which comes out again from its game and this walks very well with those who know how to appreciate music. I was on her concert a week ago, she played rachmaninoff's 2nc piano concert, which was really amazing for me cause I played it in an orchestra before with a good pianist, but the difference between helene grimaud and the other is BIG, and after the concert I had a 'meet and greet' with her...she is sooo nice and amazing!!
