Interesting...only one comment relevant to the review. Chewing gum aside it was a reasonable demonstration of the products. There are also more video demos of this amp at Carvin.com. The one comment I thought made sense was to have Holdsworth do a demo, but most people should be aware that this guitar could have uses way other than Alan.

Carvin is rapidly becoming the premier builder on the planet. PRS, Gibson & Fender are all great companies, but IMHO, Carvin is climbing to the top, if they're not already there. The factory direct only business model insures that there are no retail markup. In addition, it's really one stop shopping. Amps, guitars, PA, mixing boards, all of it. And they're damned beuatiful!

@WalrusDoom You're sure you're not confusing Allan with someone else? Only Gibsons he played were SG's (if i recall correctly he had 3 of them, and it was long time ago. Afaik he currently has only one, might be wrong.) After those, he played (in no particular order) Ibanez, Charvel, Steinberger (pre-gibson), DeLap, Carvins and ofc SynthAxe (forgot company)
