Nice pull-ups :) If you start to do hammer pull-ups you gain more power for pull-ups and your reps will be double up :) and the 70kg will see the daylight ;)
Thanks. Although I was disappointed that I wasn't able to do more, I was pleased with the effort I made. I must confess that I've not been too creative over the last month; I've just been doing stuff very similar to things I've already shown. However, I'm hoping to have more new stuff, and/or assaults on personal bests, to show soon.
While I belong to a gym, the gyms here in HK are absolutely cr@p. I'm waiting for my 'membership' to expire and will focus on workouts outdoors. I live right off a beach and below a mountain with lots of rocks. I would enjoy seeing some squats/deadlifts with rocks or sandbag workouts. I dug the tree vids, but, sadly, no trees over here.
Keep up the good work. Seriously, very inspiring.
It's the opposite for me: lots of trees but not many rocks. There were tons of rocks when I was on holiday by the coast last month, though. I was going to do more squats with that long pine tree last week, but I went there to discover that its insides had rotted to leave it a shell of its former self!

You didn't drop until your arms were straight.
Otherwise impressive I suppose, what do you weigh?

Is it worth honing for heavy weight while sacrificing good form? I would like much more if you shown good form, 8-15 reps with whatever the weight.

Awesome, you're strong. I'll be giving up on the commercial gym after my membership has expired as your video's have given me inspiration.

Cool. Cheers. The best way of being cautioned in a commercial gym is by doing something that'll raise your testosterone level -;
