  • i had a broken collar bone once in the late 2009's throught early 2010's in 2011 and this year i was all fine now!

  • rubbish!for a shoulder or collarbone injury you need to place the arm in an elevation sling which supports the arm in a much higher position.thats an arm sling for lower arm fractures

  • you also wanna make sure the person's hand is raised higher than their elbow in the sling

  • what do you do if the pms is not good ?

im a student and im just asking,

  • Nice work Gentlemen!

  • That's not the way I learned it. What about immobilizing injured site. Checking PMS

  • Good job

  • emt thought he was a medic ??

  • what a great video guys! I am taking my national registry exam in a couple days and am trying to study up:D

  • BSI? CALL 911?

  • These are great videos for understanding how do do a good shoulder sling. I have experience in Emergency Medicine and can tell you this will not be appropriate for all types of emergencies, but I is dumb when people who want to look cool try to bash others for trying to help the community. It is impossible to prepare for every situation, this video does exactly what it needs to do, show how do do a shoulder sling. Great job guys!

  • the guy getting his sling is cute! <3

  • WHY ARE YOU GUYS WATCHING THESE VIDEOS IF YOU SEEM TO KNOW EVERYTHING ALREADY

  • I like these educational videos. I really hate the blow-hard know-it-all comments that inevitably pop up though.

  • Great ! It's my honor to see all your video clips . It's useful to me , i confess . Good job .

  • This is a sling demo not a total assessment, so PMS is not the focus but assumed here.. This is exactly how it is done. Remeber the patient will be transported and transfer of care will be passsed on to the hospital. Good job guys

  • medic? u forgot one of the most important things...that is to check for p.m.s

  • @dblazestreet i dont think his vagina would be bleeding

  • @camdensmith555 p.m.s has nothing to do with vaginal bleeding in the medical field

  • i have never learnt to put a bandage around the causalty. there isnt any point to it.

  • The immobilisation knot should be tied at the side of the patient, not at his back.

  • You don't need it on the side, the back is fine. "O wait, it's supposed to be on the side and not on the back o no! Whatever shall we do?!"

  • I have a sling on now, b/c a combative patient caused me to sprain a muscle in my upper arm.

The doctor told me to wear the sling for 4 days. It's a commercial one that I got from his office.

  • The guy on the left is the best "patient" I've ever seen.

They usually aren't very cooperative while you're doing procedures on them, especially cardiac procedures.

  • Good tutuorial

  • thank u so much it is very helpful

    dr. saif (baghdad/iraq)

  • the guy on the left is a cutie

  • I think both these guys are hot.

I like the one on the right's confidence and level of concern for the patient.
