Check out ido portal and yuval ayalon for outstanding handstand technique. You need to open your shoulder angle more dude and straighten that back out. Your spine should not be curved like that when you are inverted. you could hurt yourself. your whole core needs to be tight!!! HIT is strong, but i don't think that people should copy his form or technique because it is not the best. he is so overrated!! keep up the good work and work on straightening out.
@mayurasana This vid is old, I think I've gotten a little better, but I still got that curve. I get this advice a lot, but try as I might, it's hard to get perfectly straight. The thing is, my core is super tight and it doesn't bother my back at all. Feels perfectly normal to have the curve, but I know it isn't pretty! lol! I'll keep working on it tough. I guess starting handstands at 40 was a bit late too!
@mayurasana it sounds like i have a greater fan from distance, feel free to ask me ANY questions at all mayurasana, because i can tell from your ignorance you do need guidance. Oh and by the way I do have !4 INTERNATIONAL certifications for personal training, so i know a little about what i'm talking about.lol. Keep up the great work Dawalli !!!!!
Woow, much respect dawalli, this is amazing! i also want to do a free handstand but i have no idea how i can learn that, because i want to make this only with strength and power just like you. or do i need more balance than strength? hope you can give me some tips;),
@tigerkralle123456789 Thanks a lot! Check out some of the tutorials that are available on YouTube. Also, get some push-up handles and practice them close to the floor. That way you can build up some confidence. Go slow, practice a lot, and they'll come. Also do a lot of handstand push-ups against the wall to develop shoulder strength. Good luck!
@dawalli thanks for your tips:), i will bring in the handstand push ups in my training, but at present they are really difficult to do for me, but i´ll practice them;) hope that i can develope my skill...hope to get some more vids of you;)
Dawalli, your an inspiration. Great vid. When I was younger I used to walk around the house on my hands throughout the day out of boredom. I will get back there.
I agree with you James, Hit is a monster with those handstands. I dont know anyone outside of Gymnastics/B-boying training that can do them so clean! You looking good tho, thats good form right there!
Great Vid D....I gotta start training for those too..now!!!! Man the list goes on..and on and..on..M8C n LB'S has inspired me to start the Planche Training with their clips n now you with these kool handstands...Damn...lol.;-}
Those seats with the bars look like they were purpose built for L-sit to handstand/L-sit to tucked planche. What a perfect piece of equipment to have in a park.....
Looks like you could handstand using anything anyways................

Thanks! Yeah, those types of benches are everywhere here - they're great!
dawalli 2 years ago
Nice video, you must come down much slower to your tucked planche, you are just letting your body drop.
conditioningdaniel 2 years ago
Thanks Daniel - I'd like to come down much slower, but don't have the core strength yet!
dawalli 2 years ago
Still working on it? Is that a joke? You got them down brother. Peace.
Rasclot222 2 years ago
Thanks X! I'd really like to be able to do them with straight legs throughout, and also more slow and controlled. Still weak in the core.
