  • very inspiring my friend

  • @Aprimus1 Thanks a lot!

  • Check out ido portal and yuval ayalon for outstanding handstand technique. You need to open your shoulder angle more dude and straighten that back out. Your spine should not be curved like that when you are inverted. you could hurt yourself. your whole core needs to be tight!!! HIT is strong, but i don't think that people should copy his form or technique because it is not the best. he is so overrated!! keep up the good work and work on straightening out.

  • @mayurasana This vid is old, I think I've gotten a little better, but I still got that curve. I get this advice a lot, but try as I might, it's hard to get perfectly straight. The thing is, my core is super tight and it doesn't bother my back at all. Feels perfectly normal to have the curve, but I know it isn't pretty! lol! I'll keep working on it tough. I guess starting handstands at 40 was a bit late too!

  • @dawalli i dont think 40 is too late. great determination. much respect.

  • @mayurasana Thanks!

  • @mayurasana it sounds like i have a greater fan from distance, feel free to ask me ANY questions at all mayurasana, because i can tell from your ignorance you do need guidance. Oh and by the way I do have !4 INTERNATIONAL certifications for personal training, so i know a little about what i'm talking about.lol. Keep up the great work Dawalli !!!!!

  • @calisthenicskingz Thanks HIT! I am and will continue to do so!

  • Woow, much respect dawalli, this is amazing! i also want to do a free handstand but i have no idea how i can learn that, because i want to make this only with strength and power just like you. or do i need more balance than strength? hope you can give me some tips;),

  • @tigerkralle123456789 Thanks a lot! Check out some of the tutorials that are available on YouTube. Also, get some push-up handles and practice them close to the floor. That way you can build up some confidence. Go slow, practice a lot, and they'll come. Also do a lot of handstand push-ups against the wall to develop shoulder strength. Good luck!

  • @dawalli thanks for your tips:), i will bring in the handstand push ups in my training, but at present they are really difficult to do for me, but i´ll practice them;) hope that i can develope my skill...hope to get some more vids of you;)

  • @tigerkralle123456789 Thanks and good luck! Keep working hard at 'em and they'll come!

  • nice work!

  • @squibbscr Thanks!

  • best of the Hs work

  • Thanks Michael!

  • Very sick! Handstand push ups w/o a wall? I'll give u a week. U got that dude!

    Rick

  • Thanks a lot Rick! Means a lot coming from you! Thanks for the positive comment, but I reckon I'll need more than a week! Lol!

  • got it?!

  • No! :(

I keep losing my balance at the bottom! Need to build more strength I think.

  • sick control on them handstands!

    5*

  • Thanks a lot!

  • I've been working on my handstand game recently and this has inspired me a lot man!! It's also made me realise how bad I am at them LOL.

  • Thanks a lot, it's good to hear! Put in the practice and it won't take you long. Good luck!

  • Dawalli, your an inspiration. Great vid. When I was younger I used to walk around the house on my hands throughout the day out of boredom. I will get back there.

  • Thanks for the comment. You've got the strength, so I'm sure you can get back there! Good luck!

  • Damn Dude, your handstands are great!

  • Thanks D! I've worked hard for them!

  • wow you go into the handstand with the greatest of ease bro:):) I'm still hard at work with mine. I'll catch up soon!

  • Thanks - took a lot of practice and I still need to build my core. You'll get there soon I'm sure.

  • very good skill !

  • Thanks a lot!

  • I agree with you James, Hit is a monster with those handstands. I dont know anyone outside of Gymnastics/B-boying training that can do them so clean! You looking good tho, thats good form right there!

  • Thanks Redd! Yeah, HIT is the best, that's for sure!

  • Awesome, man!

Its a mistery for me how u guys build that balance.

    Keep on. Best wishes.

  • Thanks for the comment. Takes A LOT of practice to get the balance!

  • I take any bet you'll live up to a handstand clap push up

  • Wow, that's a tall order M! LOL! I'll certainly try to keep my end of the bargain! Thanks for the confidence!

  • Thats some core stuff James, L-seat to handstand was sick..Huge props my dude. Peace

  • Thanks Patch! Still got lots of work to do on my core though.

  • good handstands man. but please do somthing with the music i had to mute it again the music is really bad.

  • Thanks! And what are you - a music critic! Lol!

  • no it just repeats the same beat over and over again anyways i think the music makes up 50% of the video..

  • Thats some great work my friend, I am working on that myself, Its a whole new kinda hurt lol

  • Thanks Q! It shouldn't take you very long - you got some badass strength on them parallel bars!

  • Great Vid D....I gotta start training for those too..now!!!! Man the list goes on..and on and..on..M8C n LB'S has inspired me to start the Planche Training with their clips n now you with these kool handstands...Damn...lol.;-}

  • Thanks bro. Yeah, start your handstand training - you'll love em'! Good luck!

  • Yeah that will come really soon, try doing a handstand on normal ground and going down slow, it is a bit easier.

  • Those seats with the bars look like they were purpose built for L-sit to handstand/L-sit to tucked planche. What a perfect piece of equipment to have in a park.....

Looks like you could handstand using anything anyways................

Good luck w. the HS push ups

  • Thanks! Yeah, those types of benches are everywhere here - they're great!

  • Nice video, you must come down much slower to your tucked planche, you are just letting your body drop.

  • Thanks Daniel - I'd like to come down much slower, but don't have the core strength yet!

  • Still working on it? Is that a joke? You got them down brother. Peace.

  • Thanks X! I'd really like to be able to do them with straight legs throughout, and also more slow and controlled. Still weak in the core.

  • I think that I can not do L-seat now

  • nice

  • Thanks Michael! I'm working on the L-seat on the floor so that I can do it like yours, but damn, it's tough!
