The only people juicing are u illiterate bitches that side with the FLOYDIOTS who are known for drug using! And bitch! What the fuck is a poochiao? Is it another kind of slang your kind made up again? For me, it's jes sounds like another generic ass name you would name your daughter.
When you say "hardest puncher"...for me it's a guy who consistently KOs fellows with one shot most of the time. You can't compare heavyweights with lightweights since they don't fight on the same level. So there's the idea of the "hardest puncher" on each boxing division.
You need to get your head out of Floyd Gayweathers lap. Floyd is a punk COWARD.IF he was REALLY GANGSTER he would take a 52-48 split to the winner of the Pacquiao fight,But he won't because he hits women and Sucker Punches opponents and Pays opponents to lose.Watch Corley Fight Round 4 (2:49) he hits the shit out of Gayweather then at2:35 seconds he pretends to throw a punch pulls it back and then throws it softer. What do you Call that. I call it a fighter who for a moment forgot he was paid off
I agree that "Poochiao" (It's P-A-C-Q-U-I-A-O, unless you have a speech impediment) shouldn't be one considered one of the top 5 punchers, but not because of steroids (which no one can prove). It's because he is a welterweight. So all his hardest punches would do against a super heavyweight is give him a nice massage.
All those guys have different types of power...I personally think Tyson was the most spectacular puncher because he had speed and power. That being said I think guys like Shavers and Foreman had that bull dozing "heavy handed" one punch power, So I would probably say Shavers/Foreman had better one punch knock out power but man NO ONE threw combinations with heat on them like Tyson did!
Why is the skinny bitch paquiaa on the list, there is now way he can hit as hard as heavy weight, if you know boxing you'll know weight matters, if you don't know boxing dont talk BS.
rocky, tyson, foreman, dempsey, and liston.....and who's to say who hits the hardest...they all fought in diff. eras....foreman could miss ya and knock ya out....tyson had the most devestating uppercut ever....when people finished a fight with marciano they didnt look like the same person....they had to get liston a new heavy bag every day he worked out cause he would destroy them......so this is my top 5 hardest punchers ever....you pick who was the best...they all had murder in their hands.
Easy for you to say he's juicing and its just because hes simply moving up weight classes and kicking ass. Did it ever occur to you that hes had a tougher life than every american boxer in history put together? Hes lived in extreme poverty and he just wants to make sure he doesnt even hear that word again. Hes not lazy and he knows about hard work and effort unlike most North Americans.
Duran was a hard puncher but how can he make the list and Foreman didnt while he was a heavyweight? I agree about Pacuiao juicing but I also heard rumors that tyson did too.
first off, theres a gym rat, or rats..that are the real hardest punchers of all time somewhere out there, but they never had the overall "Art" to make it in big time boxing. So your list should be "the hardest punching champions in boxing", or THPCB for short.
@yvepullis dude that just proves your knowlege of boxing is non existent, i mean what a stupid statement, just coz people break their hands doesnt mean they are the heaviest punchers.
Jack Johnson wasn't a power puncher, Stanley Ketchel wouldn't agree, if he was still alive of course. Johnson knocked him out and there was 3 teeth embeded in his glove.
Randle Tex Cobb had a big punch but I don't know if I would put him on the list. I don't know why more people don't talk about Archie Moore. Well, some people do, mostly people who have kept up with boxing for a while. I don't think most younger people know much about him. I really miss boxing. I hate what has become of it. The best athletes in the world at one time were championship quality boxers. Speed, strength, co-ordination, etc. The training regimen alone made them great athletes.
On a different note I don't know that Larry Holmes had the hardest punch but in my mind Larry Holmes probably had the hardest 'jab' that I ever saw. Ernie Shavers is on your list that's right. Mike Tyson is on the list that's right as well. All the fighters on your list shoild be there, the problem is who do you leave off. For his weight class Marvin Hagler was maybe the hardest puncher. Believe it or not he still holds the highest KO%.
1)Foreman..2)Shavers..3)Tyson..4)david tua, jerry coonie, sonny liston..5) dont know but the nr 1, 2 and 3..nobody hits the heavybag like foreman can do..
ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY, BUT TYSON CUD KNOCK YOU OUT WITH BOTH HANDS SO HE GETS MY NUMBER 1. BUT SOME SERIOUS GREATS LEFT OUT LIKE JACK JOHNSON, MARCIANO, DEMPSEY,FOREMAN..............
Thank you for saying Duran. A lot of young people forget him. He could take a man's will, and he never got tired. He and Foreman won fighter of the year together in the early 70s.
@TheAlibobba Loved Smokin Joe but no. Norton was his training partner and Ali fought him 3 times and they both said Shavers was the hardest puncher they fought- They both fought Foreman also.
@TheFjw1972 I like your list. Thanks for the post as I never heard of Jimmy Wilde, looked him up, he belongs. Julian Jackson was just an awsome hitter. What do you think of Jerrald McClendan and Nigel Benn?
the biggest problem with this is that most of the real hard punchers are'nt even remembered today..Boxing has been around for over 120 years,,And lets not confuse punchers with hard hitters..Chavez,Leonard,Marciano,,,,Punchers.multi puch ko's.....Shavers,Forman,,,,,hard punchers..1 hit ko's..But this are of the last 50 years..this states in history..Boxing started in 668 bc...theres boxing pic's in egypt of boxers ...Before Christ for Christ sake...so..lets just go with 150 years
Funny how according to most people making these "lists", there were no boxers before the seventies.
I've seen Mike Tyson discuss the greats of the past, displaying more knowledge about the history of the Sweet Science than 99 % of the clowns compiling "lists".
Wrong!!! Hardest hitter in boxing history was Sugar Ray Robinson. As an amateur half his fights ended in the first round. I watched him knock out people with jabs. 2nd. was George Foreman, most of his fights didn't last one round either. 3rd. I watched Marciano punch out a 1950 Chevy, he totaled it in a few punches. 4th Jack Dempsey, he knocked out some of his opponents teeth. 5th. Joe Louis, most of his fights didn't last that long either.
Off the smaller guys Thomas Hearns had an absolutely massive punch but i cannot bring myself to put him above the heavies P4P he'd be right up there.
@MrConnolly25 What about Joe Lewis?? Leaving Tyson out is crazy, watch him destroy his opponents in some of the youtube footage. He could hit as hard as any boxer that's ever lived. I don't like the guy, but he was devastating.
@pkearnz100 Tyson would get in my top 10 list but it's ridiculous to consider him a number1 contender IMO.Yeah Joe Louis was a big puncher too but i only had 5 spots.Tyson was a devastaing puncher against guys that didn't hit him! if we were to do a list of the top 5 intimidating fighters Tyson would be right up there.
he called him Pacquiao the first time, then this nigger started calling him "POOCHIAO" after that and said "IRON MIDGET" fucking racist nigger, if you guys call Flips "MONKEYS" well we all other colors have the right to call you "BLACK UGLY FUCKING GORILLAS"
@Rated15R keep the hate on,but POOCHIAO or better Iron Midget isn't anywhere near a hardest puncher,he looks like a mosquitto, keep the hate on till we meet in real life,BLACKS WERE ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE GREATEST IN THE HISTORY OF THE SPORT,i know you're too insecure to face the fact.why is pussyao running away from the best pound for pound boxer ever? yeah afraid to get the beaten of his life!
@kay19833 are you kidding me? dempsey? marciano? morrison? kostya? acrtually the most legendary fighters were Caucasians breh, the only reason blacks became dominant was because whites no longer pursued the sport based on economic prosperity. And guess who is taking over boxing now? eastern europeans and asians, every highlight reel of any klitcko or ibragimov or kostya or povetkin or valuev is always dozens of black dudes getting floored. please know more about what you're speaking of, douche
looking at this from an "old school" perspective, I don't think there was a harder puncher, pound for pound, than middleweight Stanley Ketchel. (or a tougher all around fighter)
On sheer physics, I would say Foreman. That guy is like a grizzly bear. He puts his paws on you and your dead.
Pound for pound, Id say pacman. The guy staggers and Ko`s people who are naturally 30-50 pounds heavier then him. He can take the abuse and keep dishing it out too. He is like the tazmanian devil of Boxing.
MANILA, Philippines — Manny Pacquiao gets to ruffle Floyd Mayweather Jr’s feathers on Friday in Las Vegas when he takes his deposition in the defamation case he filed against the American boxer. The case was filed last year, owing to Mayweather’s statements charging that Pacquiao had used performance-enhancing drugs whenever he trained for a fight. “The case against Quack Quack Jr. is very strong,” Pacquiao lawyer told the Bulletin.
This flomo dont know shit, Julio Cesar Chavez had 89 KOs, Jimmy Wilde had 100 KOs at flyweight, Archie Moore had more than 130 KOs, Sugar Ray Robinson 108 KOs, fuck need i say more? Now thats boxing history.
I think Pac may night be the hardest but his stamina...i think, ive never seen any boxer that has half of what Pac has in tank..its a very deep gasoline tank in there...he can punch all night long...
Larry Holmes had the hardest Jab I believe, Rocky Marciano gets one vote from me and it is not for hardest puncher but he takes the prize for fighting the most bums to pad his record. No love for the Rock from me! And he couldn't hold Larry Holmes's jock strap!!!
I would rank them in the following order: 5. Thomas Hearns, 4. Mike Tyson, 3. Sonny Liston, 2. George Foreman, 1.Earnie Shavers Honorable mention: Roberto Duran, Joe Frazier, Michael Spinks, Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Robinson, Suar Ray Leonard
U want me to.please respond??? Manny p is like a buck 40 and has 0 power and hes num 5???? Hell even mayweather hits harder than lil bitch ass pac... clearly u have no clue what ur talkn about
and rocky knocked out more than half of his opponents in the first round. my personal number one is Dempsey though he was so mean and viscous and fought 15 rounds with no count meaning if you get knocked down and try to get up once both knees are of the ground your opponents can immediately start hitting you know that's old school i love boxing and every thing about boxing
5jack dempsey pound for pound one of the hardest hitters go watch him destroy jessie willard who was double his size 4joe lewis probly one of the hardest left hands ever 3.george formin he did lift joe frazier up off his feet with an uppercut2.mike tyson power is ridiculous and he does hav the quickest knockout recorded at the olympics 8 seconds i beleave yea thats knock out power 1. rocky marciano he had and undefeated recorded of 49 wins with 0 defeats and he knocked out 43 of his opponants
As for hardest punchers in the heavyweight division Shavers should be number one. Ali and Holmes admitted that Shavers hit harder then Foreman. Shavers literally begged Foreman to fight him.
(10/21/08) The overall trend of white fighters dominating from heavyweight to middleweight.
Currently, whites hold 14 of the 20 belts in these weight classes.
Blacks hold three and three more are vacant. Whites have an excellent shot at picking up all 3 of the vacant titles and could conceivably hold 18 of the 20 championships at year’s end."
5-shannon briggs, 4-wladimir klitchko, 3-lennox lewis, 2-vitali klitchko, 1-mike tyson... yes they are all "newer" boxers because think, boxers from 50',60',70',80' cant really compare to boxers from 90',00',10'. if you think a little bit, boxing is maybe a boring today, but today fighters are technicly better, much more stronger and bigger... sorry for spelling.
The only people juicing are u illiterate bitches that side with the FLOYDIOTS who are known for drug using! And bitch! What the fuck is a poochiao? Is it another kind of slang your kind made up again? For me, it's jes sounds like another generic ass name you would name your daughter.

Julian Jackson:
55 WINS.
49 KNOCKOUTS.
6 LOSSES.
2 NO CONTESTS.
Only six fighters went the distance with him. You had to be a top-notch fighter to beat him.
He was knocked out BY Mike "The Bodysnatcher" McCallum in 1992, and knocked out (twice) by Gerald McClellan in 1993.

so much as he was a great defensive fighter and a really good counter puncher
he was technically light years ahead of most of the people he fought
he had amazing head movement

in terms of power he only scored 34 knockouts in 74 fights
he could knock people out but he certainly isn't one of the top fight hardest punchers in boxing history

@Rated15R keep the hate on,but POOCHIAO or better Iron Midget isn't anywhere near a hardest puncher,he looks like a mosquitto, keep the hate on till we meet in real life,BLACKS WERE ARE AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE GREATEST IN THE HISTORY OF THE SPORT,i know you're too insecure to face the fact.why is pussyao running away from the best pound for pound boxer ever? yeah afraid to get the beaten of his life!
kay19833 2 weeks ago
@kay19833 are you kidding me? dempsey? marciano? morrison? kostya? acrtually the most legendary fighters were Caucasians breh, the only reason blacks became dominant was because whites no longer pursued the sport based on economic prosperity. And guess who is taking over boxing now? eastern europeans and asians, every highlight reel of any klitcko or ibragimov or kostya or povetkin or valuev is always dozens of black dudes getting floored. please know more about what you're speaking of, douche

@WishyLH Ummm....Poochiao is a dis for Pacquiao man. And you're calling someone dumb! smh
lilnb699 2 weeks ago
looking at this from an "old school" perspective, I don't think there was a harder puncher, pound for pound, than middleweight Stanley Ketchel. (or a tougher all around fighter)
bassai2010 2 weeks ago

Another name to throw out there would be Rocky Marciano. I know he was old school, but the stories you hear about him are brutal.

Larry Holmes had the hardest Jab I believe, Rocky Marciano gets one vote from me and it is not for hardest puncher but he takes the prize for fighting the most bums to pad his record. No love for the Rock from me! And he couldn't hold Larry Holmes's jock strap!!!
casualtn1 3 weeks ago
I would rank them in the following order: 5. Thomas Hearns, 4. Mike Tyson, 3. Sonny Liston, 2. George Foreman, 1.Earnie Shavers Honorable mention: Roberto Duran, Joe Frazier, Michael Spinks, Marvin Hagler, Sugar Ray Robinson, Suar Ray Leonard

and rocky knocked out more than half of his opponents in the first round. my personal number one is Dempsey though he was so mean and viscous and fought 15 rounds with no count meaning if you get knocked down and try to get up once both knees are of the ground your opponents can immediately start hitting you know that's old school i love boxing and every thing about boxing
MrStampy7 4 weeks ago

#1 Marciano (49-0)
White Boxers Still Dominating
By Joe Kowalski
