He's a great conversationalist. I've never watched his show before, but I've seen a few interviews on Youtube now and he puts everyone at ease...it's not fake and formal like the other late night talk shows. Though he doesn't let the "celeb" talk as much about themselves. Which I guess can be a good thing.
