It does suck. I have been gluten free for a while now. Not easy being around others when they eat good food. Sucks that can't do anything about it. Maybe some day some one will figure something out so we can enjoy food the way it is meant to be enjoyed.
Some flours don't contain gluten, otherwise you're pretty spot on! being GF SUCKS (you know what sucks more? Being gluten...dairy...and FRUCTOSE intolerant. Yeh, it does.)

I did get tested, but it came back negative. :( I just want to roll around/indulge in large amounts of waffles.
