Wow, the lyrics are way different when translated into Spanish!  I know that's often the case with dubbed songs, but I didn't think it would be that different!

Yes, I know that spanish lyrics are quite different from the original in English.

But I think it must be quite hard to both translate the lyrics and make the translation fit with the rhythm of the music. So sometimes they just have to change a lot of words to do so.

I am sorry, but these are incorrect lyrics! The English subtitles are not even close to the original lyrics. If you need them, listen to it in English or I can get them for you.

Thanks, but actually these subtittles are not supposed to be the original lyrics, but just the TRANSLATION of the Spanish lyrics (I subtittled in English what they're singging in Spanish)

Something I find interesting is is that in the Latin/Mexican version, they pronounce "Upendi" the way it is pronounced in English (Yoo-Pen-Dee), but in this version, it's pronounced with an actual Spanish accent (Ooh-Pen-Dee). I actually like it better this way =P

In fact, I think in some transcriptions they spell it 'Youpendi'
