Guys, using glue just helps keep it together. You don't have to use it, but what happens if someone accidentally knocks one of these off a table or something? Countless hours go down the drain. :P

for some odd reason my peices arent the same as yours they are not as long and that effects it cas it only has about a centimeter of grip... some one help! PLEASE...

wow this sux the flower is easy to make but when i try to put the stem in it just comes apart... im sure i've done this 20 times at least and IT WONT FKING STAY TOGETHER! i got so angry i THREW it at THE WALL! >:O

And if you do cut it into 5 pieces lengthwise, do you measure where to cut with a ruler or is there a quicker way?

Like if you'd want to cut it in four pieces, instead of measuring with a ruler, you could fold the paper in two and then again fold it in two, and when you unfold it you'd have the 4 folds where to cut.

I was wondering, how do you cut the A4 paper to get the 10cm x 6cm rectangles? Do you cut the 21cm side into two 10.5cm wide pieces (which is approximately 10cm) and then the 29.7cm side into five 5.94cm long pieces (approximately 6cm) Or do you cut it in some other way and end up with some waste bits of paper remaining?
