@AliDavies150 I love that one too! When I found out that Julie Andrews had played in Roger's n Hammerstein's, I nearly fell on the floor in a faint. When I watched her play Cinderella, I fell in love with the original black n white. I have no qualms about the fantastic creative costumes in the one with Brandy, or the dreammy one with Leslie Ann Warren; but the one with Julie Andrews won my heart. The music in all of them was wonderful; I pride my self on knowing ever word to every song on there

I am a baker, and my name is Anna. lol....I've never watched the 2nd or 3rd Disney Cinderella's; I'm more partial to firsts when it comes to movies, except for LOTR and Harry Potter. I am fascinated with the fairy tales because I've seen so much of reality. Truly, I am an old heart in a young body who has never experienced a fairy tale for herself. @Leiri84 In a way that did happen. In Cinderella 3, Anastasia became Cinderella's lady in waiting (I would assume since she was invited to live in the palace with her) and eventually married a baker

Anastasia (the red head) does go on to find love with a Baker. And in Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister one of the sisters named Iris finds love in a painters apprentice. So at least one of them (usually the younger one) find love in other stories or at least moves from under her older sister and mother.
