  • @69HarleyChick96 take it really slow. if he is just getting back from a while off then he is more at danger to not be sound. but pole work really helps just make sure he IS NOT on the forehand. seriously though. as annoying as it can be, building stuff up SLOW with him is key. i did figure eights with a pole in the center to help him get changes over helped me. he did them then and got them a few times without them and then i had my surgery so. you know.
