Sorry...MANY...is that better? Talking about the spelling, I mean...and about needing MANY years of therapy, that was a compliment by the way, so don´t be such a good boy-scout ( meaning..do not take yourself so seriously! ). And now, seriously, the violin part it´s ok though the orchestration suffers. The first couple of minutes the color makes sense with what the generator is proposing ( in this case the soloist ) but unfortunately that can not be said for the remaining of the piece...
Maybe if you started with the Beethoven violin concerto, then the Berg, then later, having developed some sort of sense for these other works, listened to this again... it might sound a bit different. Sometimes the problem is like a problem of access. I don't mean to say this arc, through Beethoven and Berg NECESSARILY leads to this Norgard, but it might help if you tried to 'listen towards' something like this. If that works, maybe try the Rihm next :)
