@Annoymouser I'm very sorry about the sound. I made a video about replacing the sound in about a week, but then my computer died with my editing software on it. Until I get new software I won't be able to re upload the video with different music.

Go into your video uploads in your personal options, click to Dispute the copyright status. Select the option that you have permission for use of the material. In the additional details, say something like "Warner Music Group (WMG) authorized use of their material in user-created content in September 2009, as posted on YouTube's official blog." and submit. The audio should be back within hours to a few days.
The backlash from fans worked and they caved in that long ago, but I guess they didn't want too many to take advantage of it, so other than the blog entry it wasn't made too public. So a lotta folks don't even know they conceded. Plus yeah, YouTube or whoever didn't bother to automatically implement the permission or remove the copyright filter.
So that may not work with other companies, but WMG and its subsidiaries ARE fair game.
