@Doku21 From what I see it's because hers hits low first and her body goes very low to the ground to start it.

@Doku21 grabbing ultras really dont have priority over shit but normal attacks. At least to my experience. for example..you cant grab ultra a ryu from shoryuken..meaning...If you do a grab ultra all he has to do is DP (shyouryuu) you out of it.

No that was her 2nd Ultra The Kaisen Dankairaku. The Feng Shui Engine is the first one and the animations to each one are different.

that's not necessarily true... if you are judging that based on the end of round 1 that looked to me like a cross up, so it's possible that its similar to the shoryuken and is vulnerable to crossups like rufus' dive kick
