It's so easy for a girl to beat the shit out of a guy, training or no training, and get away with it, mostly because the guy knows the cops will arrest him in a second if he returns just one punch.

I suggest you look deeper into the issue here. There's no need to feel threatened by the fact that a well trained (both technically, as in martial arts, and muscular ) can beat up a 'fat tub of lard'. Think about it... I've seen a video of a boxing chick beating the crap out of a guy, and HE WAS trying to hit her.. and HIT her a few times.. he even did that 'clinch' stuff boxers do... shortly before she KO-ed him... Actually I prefer a girl like that, who can fight :)
