It may be time to identify all the current high office holders who are WAR WIMPS (chicken hawks). It is hard to find a politician that does not want to send the young people off to war but when it was their turn to serve they weaseled out and got deferments. Congress doesn't even have the guts to vote on a declaration of war to legitimize the struggles the young people have been sent off to endure. The special interest money brings them to congress and it keeps them there for life, usually.

Cenk you called Ron Paul an absolutist. I agree with you and it is a major intellectual weakness of his. I also agree that he is great on half the issues and nuts on the other half. But here is my calculation:
1. Sincerity: RP has it. I'd rather vote for someone I 50% agree with who will actually DO the 50% than vote for someone I agree with 95% but WON'T follow through.
2. The 50% he gets right (e.g wars) he is the ONLY politician standing for those. Hence 8 yrs of RP is irreplacable
