@TomenGage1 this the command button on newer keyboards, also know as the ⌘ key. if you still haven't found it it is the two keys located directly on both the left and right sides of the space bar.

User profile cannot be loaded." I am the administrator and have Windows 7 Professional installed on my computer. if you used software update this last week, there was a 10.5.8 Leopard update that now blocks this. The message it gives you after "rm/private/var/db/.AppleSetup­Done" is "This file is forbidden"
