Holy crap. When I read the story I though they were talking about a duster maybe even a shammie cloth, but the lady is using a bloody straw broom! Ridiculous.
This is a shocking disregard for the treasures at this museum! Trained professionals should be looking after these paintings, not contract cleaning staff!
