@iH4x Right but Vegeta could totally have gone SSJ 2 by the time cell was ready to come back though I mean if your going by that standard you could also argue that 17 and 18 were powerful enough to take vegeta as 18 trounced vegeta in the normal timeline plus the cell in the normal timeline needed alot longer to mature, the cell that we know is from trunks time line and seeing as trunks was never born he could never come back here in his time machine.
