Well, youtube hd is 1280x720 So I decided to record in 1280x720 set your game to 1280x720 and fraps to Full-Size. I record using those settings. After that I import it into Adobe Premiere pro CS4. And encode it in that. If you need the encode details, feel free to ask. i can also talk to you on AIM if you like.
