@Bugabear88 you could do both of those things during ww2 to an extent. Airstrikes then werent as precise and quick to respond. Most rifles of ww2 were capable of engaging targets at a 1000 meters. Just not as accurately and consistently

@1775scoutsniper Maybe during a large scale battle could you get an airstrike quickly. And of course guns back then had the range of 1000 meter but most battle took place at around the 300 range. Markmanship while still important wasnt as heavy impressed upon soldiers. The reason why the ratio of bullets spent to actual kills was lower in these days was because their guns were semi auto and the MGs had the role of support gunning. Also I wasnt as specific a year ago.

Could either be very good or very crappy. I heard they would use the COD4 platform. Sadly, I heard they planned to offer "weapons upgrades" as a function of experience. Red dot scopes are inaccuracies. Realism should be a priority for this one. Happy about Eastern Front and Pacific. I hope they will offer Axis campaigns as well. I also hope for weapons realism (ex. 8mm Mauser round to chest kills you), which is unlikely for video games. Red Orchestra is still the most realistic.
