And besides, that was like 5 months ago when I posted that comment. A lot has changed on youtube since then, my files upload a lot faster now. Usually take about 10 - 30 minutes each upload, and the vids are about 5 - 10 minutes long each.

don't fuck that youtube is a shit, the upload speed is ok, but with your's brains is somethink wrong, 10 sec uncosmpressed avi takes 100 mb, compressed 2min file take 10 mb, without lossing any quality, but u must have a good compressor.

Sometimes my video's get to a certain percentage then never continue, right now im using the advanced video uploader which is suppose to save the upload progress if your connection drops which it didn't, but its just stuck at 71% and so is the processing but for some reason it says processing complete anyway, in the upload it says 45minutes remaining but its just stuck

if your upload is 4 hours that means the video you upload is more then 15 minutes

ok, how many are you are experiencing this? i've upload my video on youtube, it downloads, then it says "success". then i go to the uploaded videos page, the video that i downloaded says its not yet processed and at the same time, the duration of the video is not displaying. it stays at 0:00. A shorter solution from Final Cut Pro is: export as an alias to desktop. Use Mpegstreamclip (a free app) and use export to MP4. Check the deinterlace box if you shoot DV. Thats just the little project save file. Open the Movie Maker project and go to save movie or publish movie or on the left panel click on finish movie or something along those lines. Then you'll get to chose options and that.
