I understand no Russian at all, but this is so powerful and inspiring. "No country, no show, no tv-chanel, but Song is here!!" - True proof of how great music is.

It would be nice to know the lyrics, in Russian or English. Is this an original composition or a historical song?

@MartialIrie unreal... latin alphabet is not appropriate to present slavic sounds and spelling... especially in case of ancient slavic language. U'd better learn cyrillic alphabet, man)

Fantastic epic song! Such a great combination of ancient sound and modern production. Everytime I hear it I feel proud to be a Slav.

There's my attempt to translate from old russian of smal fragment of it:

"It's not at the glorious Kiev city

Not at the Great Novgorod

But next to Sourozh, russian sea,

T'mutarakan' princedom

Where it's not a hill or mountain,

But the bogatyr' Sviatogor who is standing:

Arms and legs are of stone, hair is of snow and ice..."

@DominionOfTheSword This is an ancient russian epic story(bylina) of epic athlet (bogatyr') named Sviatogor(saint mountain).

Sviatogor was famous as the strongest bogatyr'-giant ever lived on Earth which died trying to lift up the Earth-mother "..with all its seas, forests, towns and people".
