  • What is left to say about this tune.

  • Encino man LOL

  • Chooon seen K-Klass live at EH-1 couple of years ago, amazing :)

  • Tune

  • Back when Dance music was emotive, exciting and relevant

  • @simonpenum stupid thing to say given that dubstep is all over the place now (though most of its shit, but hey what can you expect from charts and big clubs) and its a descendant of music like this and others from its time. its also the most interesting thing to happen in about the last ten years, everything else being endless mostly shit variations on hiphop and rnb and rehashing of 80's trends.

  • @milkkart How is it a stupid thing to say when you've just admitted most dub step is shit? You've made a glaring contradiction in your own argument. This song was released in an era when dance music subverted the main stream and profoundly influenced modern culture. Now it's been immersed in the main stream and is therefore no longer relevant, like ALL youth culture before and after.

  • @simonpenum the stuff thats in the mainstream clubs and compiliations etc is shit but it took about 5 years from when dubstep was formed to get there stage and theres producers doing tracks completely different to the 'filthy' stuff. plus like you say, its gone all mainstreamy, apparantly the new(ish) thing is UK funky, didn't use that as an example because i dont know much of it. anyway my point is theres always something new and exciting going on with dance music, you just have to look for it.

  • @simonpenum also i really should have said odd rather than stupid, sounds very argumentative now i read it back. i meant a lot of it is now shit too.

  • Ayr pavilion....... say no more....Hail Hail

  • @myoldreteacher music went tits up, just like football, when it became about the money and not the music (or football). As soon as you get "heavyweight" money makers on the scene it dies. People will always do what they do for the love and others will take what they do for the money. Every species has its parasites thats the law of the jungle, all you can do is live your life and be happy.

  • Music from the 70s, 80s, and early 90s (overall) was a lot more consistant and dynamic than most music today (with the rot setting in around the mid 1990s).

  • chester fans we sorry for you, wrexhams thinking of you, keep real football clubs alive, greed is only for the rich, god will sort them fools out in time

  • The UK ran things in the 90's, what the f*ck has happened to our music scene now???

  • don't worry, we'll take it from here :P

  • You've always had some good stuff coming out the Netherlands. I remember 'Loops of infinity' that was a great tune. Keep up the good work.

  • You're joking arent you? What will you give us, more 2 Unlimited or Wenger Boys, lol

  • @august251976

Down the shit pan because we all want to be gangstas.

  • @august251976 what you talking about, DUB STEP invented in the UK is taking over the world right now man!! The brits still rule....

    itunes.apple.com/gb/album/in-the-shadow-of-leaves/id405256033

  • @johnnyeze Dont mean its gd. I live in the states right now, they play a lot of Dub Step, sounds like euro dance fused with rap, you know what, it sounds crap, reminds me of those cheese fests from the early 90's where they used to sing the same old line over a 4,4 beat. It's different but not original as say the Prodigy was or the early Hardcore we had. I prefer more Syth Pop as they call it over here. The Brits are still the best musicians and produce the best music, that much i agree with

  • @august251976 I dunno what dub step they are playing over there, but the stuff i hear and listen to ain't euro dance fused with rap. I wouldn't describe dub step like that at all. Sounds like some other style that your describing, but hey could be wrong.

  • @august251976 - I think the UK music scene went tits up when Mr Blobby made Christmas number 1... seriously!

  • @myoldreteacher the UK music scene went tits up when x-factor,britains got talent came along

  • @TheBNPmuscle - Agreed, and I was thinking about that after I posted. But I honestly think, 1993 Mr Blobby #1 opened the door for record execs to view music more as a cash-cow than ever before... That, and the rise of the boy/girl bands! I dunno, it would be interesting to research it to see exactly when it all started to go south.

  • @august251976 simon cowell

  • @slambo511 Exactly, that guy is the worst thing to happen to the UK music scene since Robson and Gerome

  • @slambo511 then again, they may have been his act - my point exactly

  • classic

  • the good old 90'S...the good old times ! ;-)

    FREDINPARIS

  • Agree with Turbo. They were amazing days....

  • 39 year old and still recovering. Dont think i'll be ever the same again. fantastic
