Any advice on how to increase the clarity on 'seeing' a visualization. Say one is just developing an imagination") Is there a way to make the pictures clearer?

  • @TheDrfoxx Hey, there's all kinds of ways to "make the pictures clearer" - however the idea is to do whatever helps YOU to make the feelings as strong as possible.

One easy way to do this is to simply practice. Each time you visualize, try to make the picture 10% clearer. So, for example, if you're imagining your dream house, on day 1 just get a rough picture of it, day 2 add a few rooms, day 3 add a garden.

The more you play with this, the clearer you will "see" - or indeed "feel" it!

    Cool?
