That could be a see though top (Pantyhose-Like), that the cosplayer could put on for the piercings of Kau's cosplay. Because he doesn't want to pierce himself or put in fake ones. ( I mean, even fake ones could be uncomfortable or hard to keep on all day at a Con. x'D) So yes, those are probably lines from a top. But no that doesn't not make the cosplayer automatically a girl. A lot of people would assume that though. OuO"
