Ye,losing weight is not easy, but it is POSSIBLE. There is so many OTHER (fun) ways to lose weight.. dancing to the music (2h/day) or playing soccer with kids.. So, no need to spend hours in gym. hey hun , i missed you soo much ! i'm glad you are back i'm back too cause i was not doing so good for awhile and i gained my weight back that i lost so im at 253 right now and i was 200 =( so yea gained 55 pounds back in a year and got to my highest at 259 but i joined the gym and weight watchers so im back welcome back to you
yay!!!!! so glad you're back! I struggle a lot to, and tend to give up when I slip up. I've realized now that its only gotten worse for me everytime. good luck hun.
It's glad to see you back. I hope you do start back because the earlier the better. I am saying that to myself too. Were both still in our 20's and our skin and body can still bounce back...or should I say firm up? But once we hit our 30's it's Sag City even if we lose weight.
I have been stuck at 215-197 for 7 months. I am good with working out but my eating is terrible.
well I finally feel I am going to do it. I am low carbing it. I just got tired of myself. when i need to binge i eat meat. when i really need something sweet i have a banana with honey and cinnamon. it has helped me I hope i really do it this time. i am trying hard.

@lizard26 yep, that is exactly how the last few months have been with me. eating the meat versus a binge sounds like a good idea. my biggest problem is portion control - but day 1's been great :) i'm sure you will succeed with this, you sound like you've got a good idea about what you're doing! and i'll be checking out that contest.
