She wants govt to pay union workers to maintain green roofs. Govt goons can not plow the snow and we are broke. Green jobs are a fantasy. She wants to employ more bronx welfare cases in do nothing jobs. The greenroofs will be neglected like every government property. The plant material will die or look like crap. The soil will need to be changed an new plant material brought in. What happens to fertilizer draining out? Sold a bill of goods by Green Roof company and lefty land. arch.
