I really appreciate Dr. Cassar. I want to learn, but I need to hear what he is saying and it's difficult because the audio track is mixed way too loud....Please just leave out the audio track in future videos or mix it on a low volume...I would be grateful.
Thank you so much Dr. Cassar! For years I have searched for someone who is knowledgeable enough to be a teacher in this field. This is more than just a few bits and pieces, your videos have really provided the foundation on which anyone's nutritional house can be built. I can't wait to come see a lecture in person!
I don't think he pushes any particular diet. The point would be to integrate the "superfoods" into whatever diet you choose. He seems like he would be a raw food guy though.
@FletcherHabit : It depends. Vinegar should be RAW, first of all. It should also be organic if possible. I used to solely buy raw apple cider vinegar (brands from Eden Foods and Braggs) but then I found RAW wine vinegar by Eden Foods and now use that. I bought it because it was cheaper than the ACV but it's made from dark grapes so it's probably got a high antioxidant content. The vinegar should be unfiltered also. And aged in wood if possible.
I really want to try yerba mate tea but have been reading alot of scare stories regarding its carceinogenic properties are there any truths to this claims or credible research backing it? whats your view?
dr cassar, i like watching your videos but can you share we us, where do you get your calories from? all your videos shares mystery, i mean do you expect people to live on powders in smoothies and 1 big salad at night? what about fruits? if i remember correct you said you barely eat fruits and barely cook, so where your calories from? all powdered nuts and seeds? unveil the mystery, instead of introducing another product this time around. thank you, i'd love a reply.
@amirprog you gotta pay for that son ;) what i have learned from the "raw vegan" lifestyle is that there are lots of different lifestyle within, and many people have their own "raw" rules... biggest problem with man-kind in regards to eating (any many other aspects of life) is that we have a very hard time living in BALANCE! it's either all meat diets to all powdered/suppliment diets.
@amirprog Fruit and Veggies! You dont have to go nuts with all powders. I actually met this dude years ago very briefly, stick to RAW fruit and veggies all you can eat!
