there are a couple files in there that a lot of antivirus programs say are viruses if u download it from a good site then it is clean..it's the behavior of the files that make it set off a false alarm..keylooger I think is one of em

1. You need the Windows XP OS Install Disc

2. You need to download SP3 and slipstream it in. I show how to do this in the video.

3. No, you don't need a vista disc.
