2:09 is from the 2006 Christmas Special called The Runaway Bride, which was Donna's first appearance. Although I did mess about with the scene a little and add a clip from another, lol...so it's not the entire clip you see there. Just two parts of it...
OH....MY.....GOD!!! That was brilliant! That was one of the best Rose Returns vids I've ever seen! Yes, it was sorta like a music vid, but it was mostly a trailer like thing. Well done, that is definitely one of my favorites! Oh, WOW!!!
The music from 2:20 - 3:50 is called 'Young Alexander' by Vangelis. It's from the soundtrack of the film 'Alexander' with Colin Farell. As is the music right at the end from 4:25...that's called 'Titans'.

I didn't have any decent clips of him, otherwise he'd be in it too :-(...as soon as I find some though, I'll remake it with him included :-)
