@TorturedXeno Well, according to Tom Daschle the DSS trains with "military special-ops types." You can see pictures of Seal Team 6 operators and DSS Special Agents protecting Hamid Karzai. So maybe they (the DSS) train with SOF like SEALs, Green Berets, FBI HRT, etc.

@101caliber HRT isn't "SOF" and it's no longer called SEAL Team Six. It hasn't been for years. We trained more with other federal agencies than the military. Most of my interaction was with Marine Security Guards

I bet you'd see more action and do more of the real protection work in this agency than you would in the Secret Service. Considering the fact that the Secret Service does more investigations relating to counterfeit fraud than anything else.
