What happens if you have no family no freinds no people that you hang around. No hope for a better future and only hope for something that to everyone else would commit suicide than live like this... what happens if nobody even cares nor ever has. What happens I'd there is nothing you can do to fix the things that make you who you are because its within your own mind... what if you no longer feel love or happiness or anything other than sadness and regret for being born to this life.
