  • Yeah the Whey, i mess with creatine, but i dont know if this will work for others? but my self? i use it for one week on and 3 weeks off, ill go hard the first week while im on it, then i leave it alone, been doin that for years and thats what works for me,

  • Thanks for responding...I just bought some 100% Whey protein the other day but i know a lot of people who go with creatine..I think im better off with the whey protein right now in the beggining stages..

  • I would agree, defiantly just start with whey protein and let your body adjust to all that extra protein in your diet and see how it effects your workout. Start taking creatine when you want to really start lifting heavy and getting that extra bit of energy to push yourself harder.

I been lifting for like 3 months every other day im getting bigger and stronger but i noticed like last month that now im starting to have pain in my Rotator cuffs after the bench press. i have sharp pains up my shoulder now but i dont wanna stop cuz i know im making good progress what should i do?
