@iuseshampoo look, i'm not going to argue like a sissy on youtube, but i am going to state that jump roping is a great sport. i have been jumping for ten years and it has done me nothing but good. good health, good stamina, good everything. it has put me in the best position possible to start competitively cycling. and believe me, this sport is a lot more intense that whatever is in this video
