Mccourty has played some great football and him and bodden next year along with arrington butler and wilhite in nickel and dime packages should be very good especially if butler starts playing to his potential. Chung and meriweather should be a great pair back their for years to come as long as meri can work on his tackling all around. Mayo, spikes, banta Cain, and Cunningham, along with nink should also be good. That d-line with a draft pick as a DE, wilfork, and Warren. Look out.

Conversion linebackers have extremely high bust rates and to risk that with a first round pick would have been shortsighted, I think. Now, was McCourty the right guy? Maybe not.
