archos 5 vs ipod touch 1g

Of your jeans offcourse. I don't want to buy a backpack for the damn thing. And which do you guys prefer ? I just need alot of memory for video's and music, I know the Archos is better for movies, but which is better for music ?

Can someone help me out ?

@RestLessIP well the archos will not fit in your pocket if you plan on walking without looking like you've got a flat boner in your pants

but it is better for movies screen size wise

the ipod is 100% better for music though

just go with what you want

its not the end of the world if your tech isnt perfect

its just something you'll improve later okay?

BTW guys you might as well forget the Archos 5's and all that becase there is a new range of Archos's (if thats how you spell it) that uses ANDROID!

Take that ipod! Now you can get apps on your Archos, any of the 50,000- 60,000+ apps on Android market.

yeah I think it is Media player because its not an brand name well it is but its just an mp3 like the apple I touch its sponser by Apples company does that make sense companys with brand names like microsoft and apple have there own media for like Zune& the I touch but ARChaos is it self alone u can use it with ur own media right?

How can you say the quality is the same??? The archos has a much better back lit display and is much more brighter than the ipod touch...The ipod touch looks so damn dim in this video compared to the archos.

Obviously the archos is gonna load faster it has an 833mhz processor. The ipod has I think a 733mhz processor. Correct me if i'm wrong.

ipod touch 1g has a 412mhz processor and archos 5 IMT has a dual core 600mhz processor. Plus the IMt does not have to convert to quicktime.
