I guess they will reduce the amount of oil that is around so the barrel price rises. Our company has had to shut down zinc plants to reduce the amount of tonnes on the London metal exchange so they might get a better price per tonne. Unfortunately we have to put people out of work to do that. They just slow the flow :(
