Fellas, the scoop technique needs a bit of work. Make sure you have your feet beside the ball when picking it up as illustrated by the red/orange shirt team you see what happens when your feet are behind the ball upon pickup, you risk kicking it. Also on those scoots try running really hard straight at the defender for a good 3m then sharply step towards the direction you want to go.
