Genocide denial should not be illegal, It's a violation of free speech. It makes it a crime to question totalitarian authority . A law like this is only meant to cover up truth. It covers up history. Important history. Continental unions should be broken, decentralization solves many problems.

@EnergyIsFree The pattern of who was killed (men, then women and children, then elderly and infirm) demonstrates that this was a carefully and thoughtfully committed killing of Armenians. The geographical pattern within the country of where killings occurred demonstrates that this was not merely related to WWI. The presences of the Armenian community in the early 20th century in America developed as a result of refugees from Turkey.

Under this code, numerous individuals have been punished for saying that a genocide did happen or that they should be allowed to say that it happened as well as other freedom of speech. Turkey has over 100 000 Kurds in it's army, and 80 000 Kurdish village guards.
