And I don't know. Zak said later that Bobby was a friend of his that dies before this. Although I don't know why he didn't share that in the documentary.

When she tells the story, especially when they're down in the basement, she talks to the old man and Zac's impression is ''wow, woah, omg ~looks around~'' .
It looks like a grandson and his grandparents visiting an awesome place, like Disneyland or so XDDD .

I think she is a bit strange, yes, but it could be that she is just used to the things that are happening / happened there .
Though, I'm not sure if I would believe her that she got posessed lol .... maybe she just wanted to scare two young boys XD .
