Try having MTLs breathe down your neck and toss your room like its a prison cell at 0400 before you have class. I flew on and fixed RCs since 82. I worked with ACC maint and have always gotten along fine. We all do our part; none better than another. Ok flyers usually have it better. No argument. I "volunteered" to fly. It was a choice you could have made. But everything we (ACC or AIA maint) do is NOT the mission. It is to support the ops. Yeah, you guys often get the short end. So maybe you should keep that straw, recognize that what you do is important but often thankless, and suck it up too.
