I guess i don't see why you would want to get rid of your crown? Thats what gets the water off to the sides instead of puddling up on your flat spots because then when cars drive through the puddles the splash pushes the rock out creating pot holes. Just my opinion but we got about a 100yrd gravel drive and the crown seems to work best for us.
Even though this implement is working quite nicely, taking the crown off of the road is detrimental, you should maintain the crown. Perhaps it would be better if you stick to the right hand side of the road only.
@SLORRIFJART321 The crown will occur naturally as you drive across the road, that is why it can get to be such a steep angle over time. If you want to cut the crown into the road as you use the land plane, you can angle the attachment to adjust the crown to your liking.
@EverythingAttachments - Thanks for posting. The road washed up really nice. I bet you sell a few of these now that you have experienced its worth. This video should help sell a few as well. The nice thing about your video compared to the Manufacturers video is that your road is real life unmaintained. We consumers never know what the Manufacturer did to prep their demo or did they just select a site they knew would perform well. - - - Thanks again for ALL YOUR VIDEOS. Keep them coming PLEASE.
Ted, I've been waiting for you to upload a video with a bionic blade / land leveler! Thanks for another quality video! Since I bought my land leveler, I've since put my box for sale!
Great Video Ted! I really like how you did the work and how the road turned out. Explaining how you adjusted the land leveler, and about not having to use the rippers in the box blade helped a bunch. I live in Washington State on the Westside of the Cascades; it rains all of the time and my road is a mess. I do the best I can with a box blade but can’t come close to what you guys did with the Land Leveler. The Land Leveler and “Peanut” ROCK!
@Twangfactor - I didn't know that it worked as well as it did either. I agree on both counts. The Land Leveler, and Peanut both Rock! Thanks for watching Jim, and let us know when you are ready for yours . . .
@2LateIWon - we do not keep used equipment, except what we use to shoot the videos with, but it usually is sold the week the video comes out at a slight discount.
Once again Ted, you guys have done an excellent job showing one of the products that you sell being used. YouTube looks to be an excellent way to market the items you sell. I like how you try to take the time to explain how to set up & use each item you show here on YouTube. Thanks.
@crslyrn - we try very hard to provide our viewers and customers with good information about these implements. We are close to 1 million views of our videos, so hopefully the word is spreading about our Made in USA product offering . . . Thanks for your support! We'll keep making them.

It would take less passes if the tractor had hydraulic top n tilt (TNT) on the 3pt hitch to provide down pressure. GREAT VIDEO!!!
